A cross between a grapefruit and a pomelo, the Oro Blanco grapefruit is sweet, with very little tart acidity. It is generally seedless. Use entire segments in salads or use the juice in cocktails. Fats, and sharp flavors can help enhance the flavor of the Oro Blanco.
