Rhubarb Pie

Rhubarb's season is fleeting, so while it's here we like to enjoy it every which way we can. Black Jet Bakery's Rhubarb Pie is the height of seasonal perfection—sweet, tart, jammy, crumbly, and crisp. Warm it in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes until the juices are bubbling and serve with a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream, or (for the cleanest slice!) enjoy slightly chilled.
