With a chewy texture and a sweet brown sugar topping, these bars are the perfect dessert or sweet breakfast treat.  The baker's cravings determine which flavor jam bar gets baked each week. These bars share similarities with granola bars in that they have oats, cinnamon and brown sugar but are so much better because they have your favorite jam mixed in.
