Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons

Gillian, the head baker and founder of Black Jet Bakery, starts these cookies by making a rich dark caramel. Then she folds in eggs and organic coconut and bakes the cookies until deep golden and crunchy on the outside, but chewy and soft on the interior. These are a can't-miss! To make things even more decadent, these cookies are dipped in 72% dark chocolate to create the most delicious of holiday treats.
