Vegan Heirloom Tomato Soup

A summer favorite, just in time for the ripest and sweetest tomatoes of the season from Tutti Frutti Farms. Try it with a grilled Cheese Sandwich for an ultimate combo. This soup is VEGAN. As many great soups and sauces, alcohol was used in the production process for added flavor. The end product that you will enjoy contains absolutely no alcohol whatsoever. Chef Rob suggests garnishing with California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Sherry Vinegar Reduction.
