Sourced from Tutti Frutti Farms in Lompoc, CA, this seasonal soup aims to hit all notes! A little bit sweet, and a little bit savory. Silky in texture, it can be enjoyed both hot or cold. Always a favorite this time of year! All ingredients are organic and produced Vegan. We use a hazelnut liquor to deglaze, as a natural flavor affinity with these squash. The final product contains no alcohol.
Suggested garnish includes : Candied walnuts, Maple Bourbon Cream, Shaved Fresh Nutmeg, Blue Cheese Crumbles, and Fried Sage for the adventurous.
