Spicy Smoked Salami

Belcampo's Spicy Smoked Salami is their take on a classic American pepperoni with a complex and smoky texture and a lean, crisp texture that lets the flavors shine through. To serve, use a sharp knife to make a lengthwise slit through the casing. Peel it off, slice the salami thinly, and enjoy!
