Fennel Salami

Belcampo's Fennel Salami is made in the style of an Italian finocchiona, with organic fennel seed and pollen for an intensely herbaceous, fennely flavor. To serve, use a sharp knife to make a lengthwise slit through the casing. Peel casing off, slice the salami thinly, and enjoy! Fennel Salami will pair well with strong cheeses, red wine, or peppery mustard greens and arugula.
