Turmeric Rigatini

Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Turmeric Rigatoni is made by hand less than a mile from our Foodhub. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains all the nutty, slightly sweet flavor of the Spelt, Red Fife, Amber Red, and White Wheat used.  A touch of Turmeric makes for a unique noodle experience that pairs perfectly with just butter and parmigiana or a full flavored ragu.  Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute.
