Rigatoni

Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Rigatoni is made by hand at their facility in San Francisco. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains all the nutty, slightly sweet flavor of hard white wheat. Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute, yielding noodles with a slightly springy, chewy, delicate texture and a delicious flavor. We love it tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs—or a little grated Parmiggiano wouldn't go astray. Winner of a 2023 Good Food Award!
