Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Pappardelle is made by hand less than a mile from our Foodhub. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains all the nutty, slightly sweet flavor of hard white wheat. Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute, yielding long strands with a slightly springy, chewy, delicate texture and a delicious flavor. We love it tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs—or a little grated Parmigiano wouldn't go astray.
Ingredients: semolina, hard white wheat, red wheat, red fife, spelt, water, rice flour (only used on outside of pasta to prevent sticking).
