Bayview Pasta's wildly fresh Black Pepper Bucatini is made by hand less than a mile from our Foodhub. It's hand-milled to keep it packed with essential nutrients and amino acids that are eliminated by more conventional milling, and retains all the nutty, slightly sweet flavor of hard white wheat and floral spiciness of freshly cracked Kampot peppercorns (a unique variety of pepper grown exclusively in Kampot, Cambodia). Since we bring it to you so fresh, it cooks in (literally!) under a minute, yielding long strands with a slightly springy, chewy, delicate texture and a delicious flavor.
