There's not much that smells more like the holidays than fresh gingerbread cookies baking. Batter Bakery's Gingerbread Cookie Dough is ready to roll out, cut, and bake into all the cutest shapes you can imagine. Just let the dough thaw to room temperature, preheat your oven to 375 degrees (a toaster oven works too, in a pinch!), roll the dough out to about 1/4" thick, and break out the cookie cutters. Transfer the dough shapes to a lined sheet tray and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and deliciously fragrant.
