Sunshine & Opportunity Sour

Almanac's Sunshine & Opportunity Sour is a sour ale aged in oak barrels with pear juice. It is then dry-hopped with an intricate mixture of Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic which gives this Sour a tropical aroma and tart taste. Bring this beer to a picnic, sip on a vacation, or enjoy with a meal. 

Ingredients: water, hops (sabro & citra), malt (pilsner, oats, wheat, and spelt), yeast (mixed culture saison featuring a lithuanian farmhouse yeast), pear juice.
