Raspberry Sournova

Raspberry Sournova is the third release in Almanac's Sournova Series of naturally conditioned, mixed-culture sour ales. It's aged for months with real raspberries and whole vanilla beans, yielding a juicy, tart, refreshing brew. It's bright both in color and in flavor, with big fruit aromas, plenty of berry on the palate, and a hint of vanilla. Pair it with desserts, especially fruit cobblers and pies.
