Blueberry Jack

Blueberry Jack is a psychedelic trip to flavor town. A hazy collaboration with Stillwater Artisan Ales. Almanac blended together a blonde Brettanomyces-fermented ale aged in both oak barrels and foedres, then added California-grown blueberries and blackberries. After maturing, Blueberry Jack is dry-hopped with reckless amounts of Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops for a huge tropical fruit and citrus aroma. Pair this with fresh herbed salads or bbq ribs.
