Someone Talked

Someone Talked is Ale Industries decadent Imperial Stout. Ale Industries starts with a rye-heavy stout malt bill, which adds spiced notes, cocoa flavors, and a hint of toastiness to the base beer. They then age the beer in used bourbon barrels, giving the beer hints of vanilla and coconut. They finish the beer by adding Red Bay coffee, who roasts coffee right next door to them, adding to the roast complexity and flavor. This beer is a beautiful dessert to share with a friend, pair with chocolate cake or vanilla ice cream.
