We originally developed this dough to make our rosemary-and-olive oil fougasse but now make a few other shapes of bread and rolls from it as well. This slab is perfect for crostini, bruschetta, garlic bread, or top it with your favorite fresh cheese! Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, organic rosemary, salt, yeast and malted barley flour.
