Cara began making her veggie-forward sausages in Brooklyn butcher shops to reduce the meat consumption of her loyal customers. As her popularity grew, Cara decided to scale this concept into Seemore Meats & Veggies, making colorful sausages that combine humanely raised meat with a hearty dose of fresh vegetables (up to 35%!). Named after her grandfather and mentor, Seymour, Seemore Meats & Veggies is blazing new trails in the meat industry. Seemore sources all-natural ingredients use recyclable and compostable packaging, and partners with suppliers who are committed to providing good jobs and living wages. Seemore aims to help reduce the environmental impact of meat consumption while providing a delicious, convenient, and easy-to-make food product. So you can eat what you want and feel good about it, too.
