Organic La Ratte Fingerling New Potatoes

New poatotes, unlike storage potatoes, are dug and used while fresh, before their skins have had time to cure, highlighting their sweetness and texture.  La Ratte potatoes are particularly buttery and ideal for a puree or broiling.
