Säpp makes forest tonics: beverages that are based on real, nutritious, forest-based ingredients. Their first product line includes original birch water, apple ginger birch water with chaga and strawberry lavender birch water with chaga. All of their birch waters have about a third of the sugar of coconut water while providing clean, functional hydration. They are dedicated to establishing sustainable supply chains based on foraging ingredients from forests across the USA. While the idea of birch water was inspired by European traditions, Säpp has pioneered the tapping of birch trees in the US and created a supply chain that prevents deforestation, helps local economies, and has a lower carbon footprint than many other beverages. All their ingredients are organic and non-GMO, sourced from carefully vetted suppliers and local vendors as much as possible. Säpp is proud to support the regenerative and sustainable agriculture movement, and they believe in real, nutritious food that inspires people to get outdoors and make their own discoveries.
