Carignan Mendocino

Sans Wine Co.'s Carignan Mendocino is sourced from four old Carignan vineyards in Mendocino County. The vines are 50 to 100 years old and are organically farmed. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented through 100% whole cluster carbonic fermentation in stainless steel. This Carignan has notes of blueberries, ripe plums, and cinnamon and is best served chilled.
