Rudolphe le Meunier is a cheesemaker and affineur (cheese ager) of the utmost repute in France. He got his start at 5, when his grandmother put him to work making goat cheeses in the Loire Valley. He has won many international awards for his cheeses, and sends cheeses stateside based on them being at their peak when they reach the customer here.
