Rosalind Bakery

Rosalind Bakery is named after its founder's grandmother, Rosalind Rabin. They bake naturally leavened breads just a block away from the ocean in Pacifica, CA, where the dawn-patrol surfers stop in for a pastry and a coffee on their way to the waves. They use certified organic flour and simple, whole ingredients—plus lots and lots of love.
