Crispy…juicy…and fragrant with a generous sprinkling of our own mix of herbs and spices. We grill only the freshest corn-fed chicken from Sonoma County. Quartered and served with a squeeze of lime for a burst of flavor. Each chicken is between 2 and 3 pounds and feeds four people (not including the chicken stock that you can make with the bones the next day!)
Arrives refrigerated. Reheat on a baking sheet or pan at 350F, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
