Organic Large Frost-Kissed Artichoke

The Santa Cruz and Watsonville region is world renowned for it's artichoke production, and Rodoni Farms has led the way in growing them organically. These Organic Frost-Kissed Artichokes have been touched by the frost. That means they may look a bit ugly on the outside, but are event sweeter on the inside. 

Artichokes are surprisingly versatile. While they are easily enjoyed by boiling with lemon and eating with a garlic aioli, one should experiment with soups, dips and using the hearts to top a home baked pizza.
