Robert Sinskey's Los Carneros Pinot Noir is a fantastic expression of the varietal. With big aromas of tart cherry and strawberry, the palate brings notes of fresh cranberry, tart raspberry, ripe cherry, baking spice, orange zest, and tea. This wine is light-bodied and easy to drink, but brings great depth mid-palate and finishes with supple tannins and bright acidity. It pairs nicely with savory dishes from veggie gratins to grilled red meat, or charcuterie and cheese platters.
