Katie Kwan and Valerie Luu were inspired by the sidewalk dining and street food they experienced in Vietnam, and dreamed of bringing those flavors and lively environment to San Francisco. In 2011, they started their pop-up restaurant, complete with little red stools, Cambodian pop music, and a rotating menu of regional Vietnamese dishes handmade with Bay Area produce and ethos. They're working on opening their first brick-and-mortar restaurant on Folsom and 22nd in Fall 2018.
