reHarvest began in Kathryn's kitchen when, as a student, she sought an easy way to incorporate fruits and vegetables into her diet, eventually creating squeezable smoothie pops that not only helped her but also addressed food waste challenges. Now, the reHarvest team partners with farmers, manufacturers, and distributors nationwide to source surplus and imperfect (but still delicious!) produce, transforming it into smoothies packed with whole fruits, veggies, and superfoods, promoting a healthier planet and a happier you!
