Falafel are staples found in Arab street-corner bakeries. Crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside, Reem's Take & Fry Falafels are made with locally sourced fresh herbs, garbanzo beans, and tahini. They can be eaten as a snack or meal on their own or including them in a wrap with your favorite fixings.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Fill a non-stick pan with 2 inches canola or vegetable oil and bring to 350 deg F over medium high heat. Fry frozen falafel pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side or until dark brown and crispy. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  2. Enjoy hot with your favorite fixings.

Ingredients: garbanzo beans, onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, parsley, salt, garlic, serrano pepper, baking soda, coriander, ground cardamom, ground ginger.
