Quivira Wine has focused on natural farming practices since it was founded in 1986. They're committed to creating balanced wines that reflect the terroir of their land, which they farm biodynamically (the "beyond organic" certification). As well as vines, Quivira keeps a biodynamic vegetable garden and raises goats, cows, pigs, and chickens. They also keep beehives to help support the pollinator population and the holistic health of their vineyards. Solar panels provide over half of the power they use! Quivira grows vines with a focus on sustainability and precision, then use a light touch to bring out balance and terroir in their wines.
