Prather Ranch Meat Co. works closely with independent ranchers and farms to provide the highest quality, most sustainable meats available.
It all began in MacDoel, California at Prather Ranch which has a unique, closed-herd raising all cattle throughout their entire life cycle. All Prather beef is grass-fed, barley-hay finished, Certified Humane Raised and Handled, corn, soy and GMO free, and dry-aged 16-21 days.
Bay Area consumers have been able to find Prather Beef at restaurants and farmers markets since 1998 and at the PRMC retail shop and eatery at the San Francisco Ferry Building since 2003 and we are proud to offer this unique, high quality beef through Good Eggs.
