Previously only available to sushi restaurants, this melt-in-your mouth albacore tuna is caught sustainably offshore in the North Pacific Ocean. Best served sashimi-style with lemon and a pinch of sea salt or seared on the outside and rare in the middle.
Please be aware that each loin is individually vacuum packed and will last for 2-3 weeks in your freezer. It is best to defrost the fish in your refrigerator a couple days before you are ready to eat it.
