Larb is a popular dish found in Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand, often described as a salad consisting of minced meat. With strong and tangy ingredients such as fish sauce and lime juice, it can be cooked with chicken, pork, or even mushrooms. The starter comes with a toasted rice powder packet that is mixed in at the end of cooking, to give this dish a slightly nutty taste. Pair with fresh herbs, crispy lettuce to wrap in, regular rice, or sticky rice.
