Omsom partnered with Nicole Ponseca, owner of Jeepney in New York City for this Filipino Sisig Starter. Sisig is traditionally a dish made with various pork meats and onion, seasoned with calamansi. Recommended to cook with pork belly, it can also be made with tofu and squid. What results is a tangy, savory, sweet, and spicy combination of flavors that pairs well with a cold glass of beer.
