When longtime friends Matt and Ben first experienced thick, bouncy Udon made fresh in Japan, they knew they had to bring it back home. Growing up in the East Bay, Matt and Ben recognized that real Fresh Udon was a rarity in the Bay Area – so they decided to change that!
Starting as a food truck concept, Odang Udon has blossomed into a Fresh Noodle and Soup purveyor for the best grocery stores in Northern California. It’s our hope that you make these noodles your own by getting creative in your kitchen!
