Steller IPA

For every case of North Coast Steller IPA sold, North Coast Brewing makes a contribution to marine mammal research—it's named for the Steller's sea lion, a gigantic (and adorable) member of the eared seal family whose northern Pacific population has undergone several significant declines in recent decades. This delightfully drinkable IPA has aromas of grapefruit and tangerine peel and just a hint of grassiness. On the palate you'll get a bready quality and hoppy bitterness, with a medium-light body and citrusy and herbal hop qualities. It pairs well with spicy foods, like Thai noodles or hot curry.
