Nixie was founded in 2019 by Nicole Bernard Dawes, the founder of Late July Organic Snacks, with the mission to eliminate sugar, single-use plastic bottles, and toxic forever-chemicals from your favorite beverages. Dawes spent her childhood at her mother’s natural food store and on the factory floor of her father’s snack company, where she realized her life's calling: to prove that organic food and beverages can taste as delicious, if not better than, its conventional counterparts. Delivering on that promise, Nixie creates crave-worthy, USDA Certified Organic sparkling waters and sodas with zero calories, sugar or artificial sweeteners, and low or zero sodium. Every can of Nixie is also Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan, kosher, made with water purified using reverse osmosis filtration, and packaged in infinitely-recyclable, BPA-free lined cans.
