Umeboshi Furikake is a blend of salt-cured toasted black sesame seeds, toasted white sesame seeds, and green nori flakes with dried umeboshi (salt-cured ume plum) and dried salt-cured shiso flakes that bring out a unique mixture of acidic and salty flavors.
