Seville Sour Oranges have a rich tart flesh and bitter aromatic skin that make them a prized citrus for making marmalades and Vin d'Orange. The higher pectin content in these oranges makes them perfect for marmalade.
These Seville Sour Oranges are grown on part of Murray Family Farms' conventional land and are in the process of a 3-year transition to becoming certified organic.
