Our paleo muffins have no flour, just nuts. This means they are also incredibly high in protein. They are grain-free, making them inherently gluten-free. We sweeten our paleo muffins with dates, and offer an Omega-3 boost by adding either chia, flax, or hemp seeds. We take great pride in how nutrient-dense our Paleo muffins are!

Shelf Life: Keep frozen to preserve freshness and thaw as needed. To thaw, microwave for 15 seconds, heat in a 325 degree oven for 5 minutes, or leave in the fridge overnight.
