Hanger steaks are one of those cuts good butchers keep for themselves: full of flavor and easy to prepare. It is a thick strip steak from the underside of the beef cow, between the rib and the loin. We like to grill them for fajitas or season with a little dry rub and serve with an arugula salad: delicious!
