Modern Times' Blazing World Hoppy Amber Ale is intensely hoppy and bold. Hopped with Nelson, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, which bring aromas of grapefruit, melon, tropical fruits, pine resin, and lime zest (and more!). Despite its amber hue, Blazing World is nicely dry, sporting a lightly bready malt backbone that serves as platform for the huge & complex hop profile. Pair with anything coming off the grill—the more char the better.
