MIXT began in San Francisco, CA in 2005 and now has locations in California, Texas, and Arizona. MIXT was started by the husband and wife team David and Leslie Silverglide, who still run the company today. Sustainability is at the core of the business and Leslie has an MSc degree in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Management. MIXT has been recognized as one of the nation’s hottest fast-casual concepts and is a Certified B Corporation. Everything is prepped and prepared in-house from scratch, with a mission to bring better eating to everyone.
