Middle East/Soli's Baking Company was started back in 1983 by a father and son team, who wanted to find quality pita bread that reminded them of back home in Cairo, Egypt. After failing to find a product that met their standards, they decided to open their own bakery right here in the bay area. Now three decades later, Middle East/Soli's Baking Co. Continues to provide quality products throughout the bay area.
