Blueberry & Lemon Scones

Mason Dixie has jam packed these scones with dozens of ripe blueberries to get that true, pure flavor of blueberry. They then added a touch of lemon juice to balance out the berry and wheat flavor. Simply bake the scones and enjoy with a piping hot cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients: flour (wheat flour enriched [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], malted barley flour), butter (cream), blueberries, milk, sugar, buttermilk, lemon peel, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda), salt, vanilla and lemon extracts.
