Gluten-Free Panettone

Mariposa's Gluten-Free (and Dairy-Free!) Panettone is a traditional Italian Christmas bread that's light and sweetly flavored with raisins, citrus, rum extract, and almonds. Perfect sliced and toasted lightly for a holiday breakfast, or shared with friends and family at gatherings! Store at room temperature for two days, or in the fridge for up to a week. 

To Warm: Warm whole in convection oven at 300⁰ until heated through (10-12 minutes). Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary. Best stored refrigerated and consumed within 3 days of receiving, suitable for freezing if wrapped tightly in plastic

Ingredients: GF flour mix (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), organic almond milk, California raisins, almonds, organic unrefined cane sugar, organic palm oil shortening, eggs, candied citrus, water, xanthan gum, yeast, honey, fennel seeds, pure vanilla, GF rum extract, sea salt and ascorbic acid. 
Contains: eggs, tree nuts, soya (soy lecithin).
