3 Flowers IPA is a straw-colored rye IPA. It gets its name from the use of the trio of Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops, which are liberally added to the brew, contributing a lovely citrusy, floral aroma and a firm yet balancing bitterness. Malted and flaked rye, gently added to the grist of this refreshing brew, contribute an engaging dry spiciness and luscious mouthfeel. Pair with spicy foods and sunny days.
