Luke's Organic makes organic, allergy-safe snacks for kids, grown-ups and everyone in between. A vertically integrated company, their chips start with potatoes grown on their own farms in South Dakota and Oregon. These Luke's-owned farms give them year-round access to organic potatoes (very rare in the industry), whose flavor and freshness is celebrated in the final product. These potatoes go to a dedicated allergen-free facility in Oregon, where they're turned into chips using vegan recipes that were created with the celiac disease and gluten sensitivities of family members in mind.
