Organic Castelfranco Radicchio

Speckled purple, green, yellow and white leaves make this gorgeous chicory a festive addition to any fresh salad. Like all members of the chicory family, it's got a characteristic bitterness, but Castelfranco is on the sweeter side of the spectrum. Pair with acids and fats to temper the bitterness and bring out the natural sweetness.
